“My artwork is a colorful meditation in pattern design, spontaneity, and joy! I am inspired by the natural world around me and the repeating shapes and patterns I notice as I move through the world. Watercolors have been such a lovely medium to use as they can capture both the vibrancy and transparency of a particular shape and how it might overlap with others in the environment. In addition to watercolor, I add acrylic gold and glitter top coats to highlight certain shapes and indulge my inner child. I have always loved art and am a serial hobbyist, as I love to learn new things.

My painting has been the most consistent throughout my life, and my current body of work will brighten your day. I am interested in pursuing textile design for clothing or fabric for quilters or other artists. I truly have a print for anyone. Over the past three years, my style has really developed. My goal has never been to commercialize or profit from my work but to enjoy the process and create art by me, for me. Just for fun. It has been liberating! My only goals beyond that are to share it with others in hopes of inspiring the same or brightening up a dark corner in someone’s life; that is what art has done for me, and I hope you enjoy it as well.”
